The two new volumes of the Collected Yaps of the Wee Ginger Dug (volumes 3 and 4) have now been ordered from the printer and should be in stock by early in the week starting 11 July. I’ve also ordered a fresh batch of volumes 1 and 2.
There’s still time to get your advance order in for the special price of £21 plus P&P for volumes 3 and 4, or all four volumes for just £40 plus P&P. P&P will be £4 within what is for the time being the United Kingdom. Normal retail price for the books is £11.95 each for volumes 3 and 4, and £10.95 for volumes 1 and 2.
To order, please send your postal address to weegingerbook@yahoo.com and I will contact you with details on how to make payment once the books are in stock. You will be able to pay by Paypal, cheque, cash, or bank transfer. (Please note I can’t take responsibility for cheque or cash payments sent by post which go astray in the mail.)
The official launch of volumes 3 and 4 will be on Friday 15 July at 7pm at an event hosted by Yes2 and Yes Stirling at the Smith Art Gallery & Museum Dumbarton Road, Stirling FK8 2RQ.
Free tickets for the launch can be ordered by clicking here. But you’d better be fast as they’re going quickly!
Paul.
Do you have any copies of the Gaelic Map of Scotland still available?
I got one from Newsnet Scotland a few years ago & my son’s partner, who works for BBC Alba, tells me that the staff were very interested in it.
I’m afraid I don’t, sorry.
I have Paul, and nowhere to put it in this hoos. Semus
That’s a pity, as it’s a wonderful piece of work. It would be a tremendous shame to allow it to go out of print.
